To perform this procedure, the feet are immersed in melted wax or paraffin, and once the wax has cooled, it is peeled off the skin. Finally, the feet are moisturized and massaged to promote circulation. This is a good technique for relaxing and exercising muscles, as well as for relieving pain. The nails are also cut, filed, and polished.
